one do when the groom is from New Zealand, the bride is from Great
Britain, and they're getting married in the United States - San
Francisco to be exact? You fly the chef in from Hawaii of course.
And that's exactly what we did. We didn't want your run of the
mill chef. We wanted someone who really understood what we were
trying to achieve for the day. Sandy was that person. We were
incredibly lucky to have met Sandy.
Sandy is a
professional and a perfectionist. She organised not only the food,
but also the wait staff, the bar, and the entire event right down
to the cutlery. She does business with heart. If you're lucky
